Doing Yoga is the only answer to maintain a perfect slim body. No matter how heavy you eat food, you will never grow fat. Learn yoga through a professional, since in yoga inhaling and exhaling of breath, parts an important function. Correct breathing while performing asanas gives good results and stamina. Balanced circulation of blood, pains in joints etc will get removed.
Indulging in too much of sex often leads to production of gas and bulging of stomach.
Muscle building exercises like lying flat on the ground and doing abdomen exercises on a daily basis meticulously will certainly bring iron strength to the belly and flat abdomen. While doing abdomen exercises you may have to do it a little hard way with bearable pains in the stomach part.
Stadium
Take for example in Bangalore, India, Children who are fond of playing cricket, the one game in which they are crazy find no playgrounds. The limited playgrounds they find is overcrowded.
I suggest that the elected Governments should see that every 50,000 to 1,00,000 people should have access to at least a mini-stadium. Thus by building mini-stadium's everywhere it will serve as a playground to many children and it would be easy for conducting tournaments.
No doubt there is increase in population and there is no place for constructing stadium's but in future the new colonies that come-up should earmark sufficient place for building stadium for the benefit of sport lovers.
Where there is a will there is a way.
Why are some people ticklish and some aren't?
Ticklish is an adjective term having the following meaning:-
- sensitive to tickling
- very sensitive or easily upset; touchy
- needing careful handling; precarious; delicate
Tickling is touching a part of the body (any part will do), so as to cause laughter to him. Such sensations can be pleasurable or exciting, but are sometimes considered highly unpleasant, particularly in the case of relentless heavy tickling.
We do have ticklish spots somewhere in our bodies, and its easy to find it. Some have it just above their knee, and some other back of their neck, and it is very common to find some of us go into fits of laughter if someone grabs our sides. It is but natural reaction that we laugh when another person tickles us. Scientists have found out that the feeling experienced when we are tickled causes panic and is a natural defense to little creepy crawlers like spiders and bugs. Slight tickles from insects can send a chill through your body letting you know something is crawling on you.
Ticklish feeling puts us into a state of alertness and gives out a response of uncontrollable laughter if a person tickles us. We have least expected to be tickled and the sudden act of tickling by others causes us to feel extremely uneasy and panicked, which leads sometimes to anger. Some people are so ticklish that they begin laughing even before they are touched. It is the state of mind we are in if serious minded then tickling will produce anger. If the personality is of a easy going and jolly type then the person almost laughs when tickled.
Others can tickle us, but can't we tickle ourselves? the explanation for this is still unknown, but research tells us that the brain is trained to know what to feel when a person moves or performs any action. We are unaware of a lot of the sensations generated by our movements. For example, we don't pay much attention to our vocal cords when we speak. In the same way, we can't tickle ourselves. If we attempt to tickle ourselves, our brain anticipates this action from the hands and prepares itself for it. The mind is removed of the feeling of unease and panic, the body no longer responds the same as it would have if someone else were to tickle us.
That's about touching sensations we have discussed above... now about feelings.
Ticklish are those People who are sensitive to remarks made on them who have been brought up by their parents with some love and care. They are not exposed to vigaries of ups and downs in life.
When they have their own family their previous easy life is no more and they are sensitive to all sorts of things said against them.
As a matter of fact they become very emotion and boasting for a little success they encounter in life.
At the same time any failures in their life too never seems to affect them much.
Those who have been bought-up without much love and affection tend to be serious minded people. Smile usually is missing on their face. They are not much bothered about what is happening around them. These types of people could also become too emotional sometimes when they encounter love.

How to make friends in a new city?
Having Friends is great.
But to have a good and true friend is what matters.
It does not matter where you live every place is the same and the people are same. The matter may become worst if that friend could become cause of chaos in your family and your privacy.
People will be always ready to become friends, two people become friends when they think the same thing and have same views. Be careful - while making friends.
Nowadays, most people just enjoy to watch more of T.V. rather than to gossip with others and to make friends. Friends for them are disturb mongers in their privacy. But they do not know that good friends sometimes are very helpful in our needy hour or day.
By interacting with friends sometimes good information is collected which could be best utilized. But it is other matter that commonly people gossip and enjoy discussing other people's activities.
The invention and introduction of mobile contributes greatly in expanding friends circle. Everyone has a mobile these days, if you want to keep your friends and expand your friendship just use this. Of course overindulgence will give you problems in many ways.Rain Water Harvesting - Solution
Traffic Chaos
If you are in Bangalore, India, you would have noticed the number of new vehicles that are running on the roads is increasing each day. It finally culminates in heavy traffic and traffic jams.
Not much difference we would find in other states of India, and in other parts of world.
Earlier in ancient days people used to walk or ride horses, later came the bullock cart with wheels. No doubt people in those days used to move in horses, a wishful thinking comes to us - ah.. if only those days return and there are no vehicles on the road polluting atmosphere. But will those days return?
What's the best solution to remove the traffic jams.
Government should put in more buses on the roads and give them free accessibility to roads. They should have their own tracks. Other vehicles should be barred using these roads.
Strictly no broadening of roads should be undertaken, because people will start buying more vehicles and become a cause for polluting the atmosphere and contribute to Global Warming.
People should be encouraged to use bus and bus alone.
BUS BUS BUS is the only answer to come out of all this trouble. All other vehicles should be given so less a place to maneuver that they should go automatically off the roads.
When buses moves it should be given V.I.P. treatment on the roads. There should be no one way roads. Two way roads will minimise the time of traveling and distance. Every road should be only broadened that much that it could hold three buses on its width. Travelling by bus should be made cheap and other modes of travelling very costly. Thus indirectly penalise the perpetrators of Global warming.
Tax the car and two wheeler owners more.
Other idea could be that number plates with odd numbers should ply on one day and number plates of even numbers should ply on the other day. It should be made applicable to all cars, bikes and scooters. By this way half of the vehicles (Cars, scooters and bikes) will be off the roads.
Stop giving new permits to autos. Remember the lesser the vehicles on the road, lesser will be pollution and lesser consumption of fuels for future use. More importantly it reduces pollution and increases the health of people living in the vicinity.
The only solution is to run quality buses on the roads both big size buses and mini buses to connect to remote areas and small roads.
chemotherapy
13th Nov 2010
Nearly one in four cancer patients in England is diagnosed only when
they arrive at hospital in an emergency, a national study suggests.
In the cases of acute leukaemia and brain cancer, half of cases were
only discovered at a critical stage.
Cancer Research UK said more education was needed to
recognise symptoms.
The survey suggested those on low incomes, elderly people and the
under-25s were the most likely to be diagnosed at a late stage.
Only 3% of skin cancers went undetected until the emergency
stage, compared with 58% of brain cancers.
Chemotherapy.
Chemotherapy is a treatment option for many cancer patients. Many times, chemotherapy is a combination of drugs referred as "anti-cancer" medications.
Chemotherapy stops the multiplication of Cancerous cells.
Cancer is caused by the out of control multiplication of cells. When these cells break free from the original site, the cancer spreads. Chemotherapy stops this multiplication of cancerous cells. In order to have it completely wiped out of your body you will need many sittings.. Approximately Rs.6,000/- is charged per sitting. ( Appollo Hospital, In Chennai, India)
Administration of Chemotherapy.
Chemotherapy is administered intravenously, in a pill form, by injection, or even applied to the skin. The frequency or duration of chemotherapy all depends on the type of cancer you have. It varies from patient to patient and often the treatment schedule is according to successes in trial studies.
Chemotherapy results in loss of hair. But it grows later hence it is no problem.
Shivaji The Boss - Rajnikanth

The Story of the Film
Sivaji (Rajnikant) returns from US who is a software engineer and wants to use his earned money for social good and upliftment of poor. He decides to start a free medical college, and a free hospital, and faces a number of obstacles en route by way of corrupt officials and a political kingpin who sabotages his work. Beaten down by politicians, he decides to take matters into his own hands by overhauling the entire system using his own private army of supporters. Meanwhile, he romances Tamilselvi (Shriya), who unfortunately has been told by an astrologer that her future husband is doomed to die soon.
Styles
Loaded with Rajni-style antics such as flicking coins, acrobatically bouncing chewing gum around, and swapping guns from hand to hand whilst flying through the air, the film has a lot to offer for Rajni fans, and also has the usual social development message featuring Rajni as the Messiah. The song picturizations are good and very entertaining. But the film is very long overall flawed by a weak plot, too many repetitive action sequences, and a extremely poor editing.
Criticism
Though the actors have performed their parts well but we can see that it is one of the worst kind of direction. The director has miserably failed to bring out the talents in each and every actor especially Rajinikanth and Vivek.
Both Rajinikanth and Vivek are expert comedians but they have been underutilised by the director and comedies are not that good to enjoy laughing.
The title "THE BOSS" is only on paper but in actual the hero never could exhibit himself has a BOSS just like he did in `Badshah film'.
The villain has not been shown to his mark. Suman who is a good actor once again has not been utilised properly. The villain never exhibits the terror that he should exhibit.
All in all if any other director instead of Shankar had directed the film probably he would have shown a better interest in the plot and characters and had given lives and thrills into all characters.
It is Director Shankar who is the blacksheep of the otherwise that was supposed to be a good film.
Chennai Super Kings Vs Kolkata Knight Riders

Chennai Super Kings looked to lose their first encounter but in the end it was not to be. Dhoni lead his team to a nail-biting two-run victory.
The Knight Riders needed just four runs of the last ball to register their first victory with SRK in the stands watching, but Southee the Kiwi seamer delivered a brilliant yorker that Rajat Bhatia hit for one run and it was all over.
Recalling the last over, Dhoni said: "For the last ball, I was confused between the two options - yorker outside off, or yorker at the batsman's feet.
"First, we compromised and went for outside-off yorkers, but later I thought with the field we had, it was good to go with the batsman, towards the batsman.
"Because, then, even if he hits the ball, there are two fielders to field it, and he will have to hit a brilliant shot through midwicket to get to the boundary."
Anirudha Srikkanth scored a brilliant 64 that eventually won him the Man of the Match award. He was always looking for runs, but for Balaji's superb spell the score would have been some 20 runs more for CSK and Srikkanth.
