Most of the states in India have virtually neglected to provide playgrounds for children.
Take for example in Bangalore, India, Children who are fond of playing cricket, the one game in which they are crazy find no playgrounds. The limited playgrounds they find is overcrowded.
I suggest that the elected Governments should see that every 50,000 to 1,00,000 people should have access to at least a mini-stadium. Thus by building mini-stadium's everywhere it will serve as a playground to many children and it would be easy for conducting tournaments.
No doubt there is increase in population and there is no place for constructing stadium's but in future the new colonies that come-up should earmark sufficient place for building stadium for the benefit of sport lovers.
Where there is a will there is a way.
