Thangam - Episode List

Thangam serial  on Sun TV is a story taken in a village.  Ganga the heroine of Thangam is a sub-collector of that village.  Her husband is a collector.  Gunashekar is the dead enemy of Thangam's family and gives all kinds of trouble to their family.

Gunashekar plays havoc in Rama's life. He abuses her character and sends her out of the house. Ganga punishes him and sends him to jail.

Ganga's mother and sister along with Natchiar Amma go to temple to give gold plated engraved child. This according to belief will make Ganga to get pregnant and give birth to a child.

Ilavanchi who comes there steals the gold plate along with the green bag in which it is and hides behind a well. She rejoices with her friend for having stopped the puja.

Meanwhile the family not finding the green bag and God doubt on Ilavanchi and they find her near the well.

Ilavanchi says that she has not taken it. But a scorpion bites Ilavanchi and she struggles with pain and the green bag with gold falls from her hip.

Ganga's husband gets to know that due to blood clot in the brain he will in due course could get giddiness and unconsciousness. He may even die.

Whether these are planned by someone or is real only time will tell. His P.A. has some ulterior motives being and following him like a shadow.

Sindhu Bhairavi Episodes List


Sindhu Bhairavi is a love story, it is a family story. Sindhu is born in a poor family and has no father. Her mother who works has a servant maid had to struggle for money when she fortunately gets to work in Jogi Thakur's family. Jogi unfortunately had caused a car accident in which Sindhu's father died. As a retribution Jogi Thakur looks after Sindhu's family. Jogi Thakur has a daughter Bhairavi.

Sindhu and Bhairavi grow up together. Bhairavi who initially is very friendly towards Sindhu gets jealousy as time passes by due to her grandmother's evil mind.

Sindhu loves Veer while Bhairavi loves Sid.

Sindhu's marriage is fixed with Veer. Bhairavi who initially loves only Sid and not Veer now falls in love with Veer's wealth and adoration's. She becomes jealous of Sindhu getting married to Veer and enjoying a happy life in a Palace like place. So she plans to marry Veer now taking the place of Sindhu. Nani supports her in fulfilling her wish. During marriage she convinces Sindhu to back off and adornes the brides dress and marries Veer. Veer later finds that he had married Bhairavi and not Sindhu gets angry on Bhairavi and seeks her divorce.

Bhairavi sees Veer is very much in love with Sindhu so she plans to marry Sindhu to Vijay who is a drug addict and brother of Veer. Like her Gunavanthi too wants to marry off Sindhu to Vijay. Then there is Nani thus the trio's convince Ichchha in marrying Vijay. When Veer comes to know their plans he gets anger but he too is unable to tell Vijay that Sindhu is his lover.

Jogi Thakur refuses the alliance of Vijay when he comes to know that the Bundela's family had been seeking Ichchha for Vijay a drug addict and not for Veer who actually is her lover.

Sindhu is forced into the marriage by Nani and Tapasya's acts. Nani directly asks her to marry Vijay while Tapasya tacitly instigates her taking advantage of her good feeling towards Vijay. She converts the link of Sindhu and Vijay to love.

Veer is left to brood over his fate and just weep. Vijay loves Sindhu very deeply and this love Bhairavi well utilises to culminate it into their marriage.

Bhairavi then never leaves Sindhu to live happily with Vijay also, she reveals to Vijay that Sindhu is the lover of Veer before his marriage itself but through her grandmother Vijay is made to go through the marriage proceedings. Vijay though marries her he rejects her in his life.

In the previous episodes we were put into suspense on two important counts.

1. The first one is the mysterious voice torturing Tapasya and finally telling that the child that she is bearing is not hers.

Who is the mysterious voice and whose child is Tapasya carrying?

Tapasya herself has made inquires by giving the telephone number and the time of the call to know from whose telephone those calls were routed through.


2. Who are these Satya and Sanchi? What is the secret behind them? What is that they are talking about when Sanchi puts the question to Satya, "Hope everything is going according to plan, we should be careful not to keep one step wrong."

Who is their mother that is hidden behind the photo? Why is that Satya has to hide the photo when he sees the servant at his door steps?


In the end it seems the servant in Veer's house suspiciousness is real.

We see a change in the attitude of Ichchha, she firmly tells Tapasya that she had been accommodating her wishes thus long and now they are grown up and she is not going to tolerate anything further. She is not going to leave her rights. She explains Taps that it was in childhood that she gave up things that Taps liked to possess but now as a grown up adults she cannot leave her possessions and Veer is hers alone and no one has right over him.

Tapasya's secret of her pregnancy and the real father of the child is revealed and Tapasya herself is showing signs of not knowing it. But her days of honeymoon with Bundela's family is nearing end.

Maharani - Episode List



Maharani shown on Vijay TV at 7:00 P.M. is a story of two young girls who grow together in an orphanage. 

Mahalaxmi is the daughter of a successful business man Devaraj while Rani is the daughter of a poor family.

Rani through crooked ways enters the family of Devaraj. Not knowing this Devaraj writes off a will to the name of Rani. Now he has to save his property going to Rani somehow.

Maha and Rani both love Prakash. Prakash loves only Mahalaxmi and so the marriage is fixed between Prakash and Mahalaxmi. Prakash at the time of tying the mangalsutra refuses to marry Maha and ties the thread to Rani. Devaraj unable to bear this shock of Prakash marrying Rani in front of his eyes catches hold of Prakash shirt and fights with him and then later dies.

Prakash after his marriage with Rani tortures her and finally forces her to register half of Devaraj's property in his name.

Mahalaxmi with the help of Devaraj's friend opens a new company in the name of Yamuna Associates. Topiaz and Rani along with Inspector Kaliamurthy continously trouble Mahalaxmi so that she does not come out successful in her business.

Topiaz who looses his right hand when Rani runs her car over his hand is furious on her when he comes to know that it was she who was driving the car calls her for a party to kill her. Rani not knowing what is in store for her goes to meet him. Rani then is seen coming running from the place.

Topiaz gets murdered and for the police it is a puzzle. Their suspicion falls on Mahalaxmi, Rani, Mumtaz, Yamuna and Sandhya.

Prakash recieves informations that some files have gone missing by theft. ACP Devanarayanan thinks that there is a link between these file missing and the murder of Topiaz. The person who has committed the theft could be the murderer.

The file is got from Mahalaxmi's office and Mahalaxmi is taken for enquiry, Prakash surrenders on behalf of her and tells that he murdered Topiaz. Sandhya comes and gets him released.

ACP for various reasons gets solid doubt on Rani, and so he virtually kidnaps Rani and keeps her in his custody for questioning. Rani escapes from there.

ACP and Balaji gets doubts on Kaliamurthy and invite him to a party and from him through the calls in his mobile they trace out Rani and make her to confess before the camera.

Ayirathil Oruvan



MGR, in this movie fights against slavery and gets independence of labours. Mgr is a Doctor in this movie and helps curing illness of one of the rebels who were protesting against the ruler of the 'Neidhal' naadu (country). MGR and the rebels get arrested and are sold as slaves by the ruler to the nearby island called 'Kanni Theevu', ruled by Sengappan. MGR lead the slave, fight for their rights.

Jayalalitha is the daughter of Sengappan. She falls in love with MGR at the first sight. She offers freedom to MGR from slavery. But MGR rejects the offer and explains her that he will fight for freedom of all the slaves.
