Gowramma arrives at Saroja's house, they both drink and go to sleep. At the middle of night Manga thinking that they are asleep takes her new mobile and calls up Karpagam. She tells her the arrival of Gowramma and that she could not get to hear and know the whereabouts of Panjali from them. As she prolongs her talk Saroja awakes and seeing Manga not in her bed she comes outside in search of her. Fortunately she ends the call right at the time Saroja comes there and tells her that she had gone for bathroom.

Karpagam passess the message to the police that Gowramma is leaving the next day. Police forms a team to follow Gowramma and then apprehend Panjali.

When everything goes as per plan Bell Bhaskar who happens to pass by overhears the police in disguise speaking and informing through telephone to the inspector that Gowramma has left in a car and police is following them.

Bell Bhaskar alerts Saroja and Saroja alerts her men who trick the police man following them and escape.

When the police finally accepts failure in their operation they receive one more call revealing Gowramma's travelling train name and seat number. The police then gets into act and two men are asked to follow her in the train. The police are then able to nab and arrest Panjali.

Manga is eager to know about the happenings and is awaiting a chance to call up Karpagam.

Anjali call up Saroja, alerts her and tells her to dig out the secrets of Rakhaee.

Karpagam receives a call from Manga and she asks to return back since Panjali is arrested.

Manga's almost succeeds in her efforts to leave Saroja once for all. Saroja who comes to know that Rakhee is none other than Manga catches with her when she is about to alight a auto. She brings her back to her house. Manga stands not knowing what to do. Saroja closes the door.

The delay in running off proved costly to Manga and Saroja kicks and beats her. Scolds her with bad words. As she thinks more of being fooled this along she pours the anger on her. Manga is taken to a secluded place, she faints not able to bear the beatings. Saroja tells to her goonda elements who have assembled there to kill her, tie a rock on her neck and throw her in the sea so that no one could get her body.

Dakshina Manga's husband waits near the temple in a happy mood to receive Manga and take her home. He waits and waits not knowing that Manga now is in the captivity of Saroja.

Anjali shouts through the phone on Saroja and Saroja says to her that by night she is going to kill Manga and throw her into the sea.

Saroja continues her kicks and beatings of Manga while Dakshina waits at the temple and Karpagam and parties wait in their house.

Saroja's associates inform Saroja that all preparations are ready to kill and throw Manga into the sea.

Rathna the associate of Saroja comes running and informs Saroja that Panjali has been arrested. A scare sets in on Saroja and now it seems her plan to kill Manga could get stalled. Bell Bhaskar tells her now to concentrate more on how to escape from police instead of thinking about Manga. Bell Bhaskar always had a soft corner for Manga, which continues still by his looks and talks and it seems he could turn out to be the savior of her in the end.

The inspector visits the jail and informs the arrest of Panjali to Anjali.

All the players are given lunch in Porselvi's house. Porselvi's father J.K. takes Vetrimaran alone to the side hall and tells him to withdraw from the national team so that a person of his caste can go instead of him. He further tells him for this act of his he will be given enough money. Vetrimaran refuses to withdraw.

Vetrimaran is sleeping when Porselvi comes there knocking the door. She takes him outside.

Outside his house Vetrimaran is greeted by his friends and his birthday is celebrated right in front of his house. Right there she announces that she is going to marry Vetrimaran. She tells him, "I love you." Vetrimaran once again tells her that he will never love her. He tells her already he had failed in love because he is poor.

But Porselvi persists in her love.

Rama gets conceived and each one of the family is happy to hear this.

Ilavanji gets worried that she is not conceived while Rama has conceived. So she goes along with Karthick to a clinic for check-up.

Thereafter Karthick attempts many times to cohabit with Ilavanji but fails in it since circumstances plays havoc with him. Once while lifting Ilavanji his back gets sprained making him immobile. Another attempt fails since he falls on a knife which pokes into his buttocks. Yet another time a cracker bursts back of his buttock. Those were the comedy scenes

Rani overhears Mumtaz speaking to somebody and also sees gun in possession with her but her pleading with Prakash that she has come to kill him falls in his deaf ears.

Rani finally goes to take the help of Maha and informs her that Mumtaz had come to kill Prakash and asks her to tell this to Prakash. Right at this time they hear a shrilling voice.

Topiaz had sent a second other person to finish off Prakash but in the dark instead of Prakash he had knifed Mumtaz. Rani, Maha and others rush hearing some noise and find Mumtaz struggling for life with splash of blood strewn all over the place, her face and body. She is admitted to hospital and Prakash gives his blood and saves her life.

Topiaz visits the hospital and tells Mumtaz that on police enquiry she should spell out the names of Mahalaxmi and Anand who left loose the goonda on her.

The police makes enquiry with Prakash, Rani, Maha and Anand. Then the police takes the statement from Mumtaz at the hospital.

Topiaz finds that the police are not arresting Maha and Anand so he goes back and scolds Mumtaz for not giving her statement against them.

Dharma visits to Sundari's house and tells her that she withdraw the case against Bhuvana. Thamizh who comes to meet Dharma finds him inside the house of Sundari and also finds Sundari there. Sundari takes Thamizh separately and gets to know who Dharma is. She comes back and makes out a deal with him and tells him that she will not withdraw the case but will pay him 20% commission to his trust if he supports her.

The rowdy-sheeter who is arranged to throw acid on Thulasi accidently throws it on Pavithra who happens to come there to meet Tulasi. pavithra is hospitalised with burn injuries on her shoulder.

Thamizh doubts the working and dealings of Dharma and questions him. Dharma cunningly tells him that he needs lots of money to give it to so many needy persons. Venkatesh who had given loan to Thamizh comes there and finding Thamizh demands money from him. Dharma gives him Rs.18,000/- and tells him henceforth not to disturb Thamizh for money.

Tulasi telephones from hospital and calls up her family members to hospital. Padma who comes there tries to chase away Tulasi from there abusing her. Pavithra tells her mother to go away and that these things had happened because of her sins committed.

Padma returns home and receives a call from Vishwa's wife. She questions her if her brother is behind this acid attack. Tulasi's father who comes following her overhears this and asks her who is behind the attack. She narrates all that had happened and that Vishwa's wife and brother had come to meet her and had taken her photo. Tulasi's father Muthu Manikkam asks his son to call Vishwa. He talks in high tone with him and the result is he sends police to his house and they find drugs hidden in his house. The police arrest Muthu Manikkam and take him in a jeep. Mohan's friend who is watching all these passes the information to Viswa. He tells that as said by him, he hid the drugs in Mohan's house the police have arrested Manikkam and Mohan had gone to hospital and thus has escaped.

Thamizh tries to give complaint to police but is shunt out. Tulasi suggests taking help from Shyamala but Thamizh tells her that he will consult Dharma.

Muthu Manickkam is slapped at Narcotic Intelligence Bureau and is questioned about his network connections. When the chief officer leaves one of his collegue threatens him not to reveal the name of Viswa. The police comes to know that Mohan and his mother are in the hospital and they go to arrest them.

Dharma decides to take sides with Sundari and make money and he tells his decision to Thamizh who comes there. Thamizh tells him that he has decided to work for him.

Gopi meets Malar and tells her that the line is now clear for him to marry her and waits for her response. But when Malar tells him that Gokul is reformed now and she will marry him he gets upset.

Back at home when everyone compels Gopi to marry Vanitha he accepts it. Gopi's family visit Vanitha's family and gives their acceptance in accepting Vanitha as their daughter-in-law.

When Paramu asks Pandi his marriage photo he shows the album to her. Paramu shows the photos to Maha. Maha seeing the marriage photo faints. Maha is hospitalised. The doctor at the hospital tells that Maha is under recovery. When Pandi is sitting alone with Maha who is half conscious he hears her spelling out the name of Gopi.

Doctor tells the family members that if the medicine that he gives is given properly then Maha should recover fully.

Gopi's father meets Malar and finds that she is adamnt in not marrying Gopi. He tells her that he knows that she is not telling this with her full heart.

At Murthy's house Kamu is being tortured by her mother-in-law by giving her a full time work and doses of purposeful meaningless abuses.

Vanitha makes a visit to Gopi's tailor shop and teases him that her dream was to marry a software engineer but she as agreed to marry him because of his character. After marriage he has to behave and act as per her wishes and orders. If he does not like this kind of attitude from her then he can refuse this marriage.

Maha is looked after her mother who had come there and she is shocked to hear her say the name of Gopi and calls Gopi. Gopi takes his cycle and returns from his shop. On the way he sees Paramu standing in front of Sendhil's house and brings her along. He tells her that he will break her hands and legs if he sees her once more like this.

Rohini gets to know from Malar that she is not going to marry Gokul and becomes happy.

The talks for engagement fixation dates of Gopi and Vanitha gets postponed. Maha's mother asks her brother to arrange for Gopi's and Maha's marriage. A new problem is brewing.

Revathi often hears a murderous frightening shrieks from the opposite house and is curious to know who is crying in such high pitch.

She often opens the window and sees if she can find someone and then shuts it. When she passes by in front of the house she hears a melodious music coming out of the house. This music she now starts hearing from the house many times.

The old lady Dhanam's mother telephones Revathi and tells her that she should never forget to call up sharp at 5 O'clock daily. After she leaves Sangeetha comes there and redials and finds the number displayed there is of the old ladies house at Tiruchi.

Sangeetha sets out to Tiruchi and keeps a watch on the house to find out who is residing there by making purchases and sending provisions to that house.

Sangeetha sees Revathi coming out and receiving the provisions she smiles to herself and returns silently.

Jyothi is too worried not seeing Revathi and so is her father. They call up Revathi and hear from her that she is unwell and will be present at the marriage in the morning.

When everyone reaches the marriage hall Jyothi refuses to sit in the pandal but under force of her mother she finally recinds and sits alongside the groom.

Sangeetha calls Revathi and tells that in the marriage hall Jyothi is not co-operating because of her absence and has locked herself in a room.
