Gunashekar who has cut himself and is treated in the hospital complains to the police who come there for enquiry that Aiyya Ganga's father had tried to kill him and has caused this wound. As a witness for this crime he takes along Ilavanji with him. Ilavanji is stunned to hear this and becomes dumb.
Ganga who is also present there realises that he is telling lie. But she is unable to do anything and police takes Ayya to station. But before Ayya steps inside the police station she gets a special bail order and takes him back to his house.
At hospital Ganga tells Gunashekar that she will reopen all previous cases against him and the assault case etc and put him behind jail forever. Ganga also threatens Karthi who is there that she will put him behind jail if he supports his uncle.
Selavakannan decides to withdraw the assault case against Gunashekar in return of gunashekar withdrawing his case filed against Ayya.
