Vetrimaran's love with Porselvi is not liked by her father and he let looses goondas on Vetrimaran's friend. They cut off his right hand. The doctor does operation but tells since the hand was brought later than two hours the cells had died so his hand cannot be fixed.
Vetrimaran already had married Porselvi and registered his marriage. But when she hears that Vetrimaran's friends hand is cut she gets frightened and decides to abide whatever her father says.
Porselvi comes over to Vetrimaran's house and tells him that he forget her and marry someone else. Telling these she returns to her father who is standing leaning to his car seeing the other way.
Vetrimaran is shocked seeing him there. He throws money to Vetrimaran and tells that since Porselvi cut his relationship he is alive.
At Ganga's house...
Ganga, Selvakannan, his parents are present.
Vandana shows some photos and tells that Selvakannan had married him already. Ganga tells her that her husband would have never done such an act and she will have to face the consequences for having said like this.
Porselvi's father arranges for her marriage. Porselvi gives tit for tat on her father. Just like he knifed her she knifes him at the marriage hall. Thus the marriage gets stalled. Porselvi is taken away by the police but her father gets the wound treated, gets her released telling the police that some cow had bullied him.
