An old friend of Devaraj brings his daughter Ganga and asks Mahalaxmi to give her a work at her newly starting office. Yamuna supports it so Maha promises to give her a job.
It was Rani who had arranged Ganga to take up work at Mahalaxmi's office. While she is talking with Rani Anand happens to see this.
Topiaz sends a suitcase full of fake notes and hides it in the office of Mahalaxmi through his goondas so that when raided Mahalaxmi and Anand could be arrested.
The inspector Kaliamurthy who supports Topiaz raids the office and finds the suitcase full of fake notes but he also finds one more thing... that is two persons tied to a window pane who had brought that inside. The inspector still is not perturbed and tells even now nothing has changed. Then the inspector sees his senior inspector coming out of a room telling that it was he who had tied those person and orders the inspector Kaliamurthy to arrest those two persons.
Mahalaxmi successfully inaugurates her office. Rani who was a threat is cooly kidnapped and tied up in a secluded place by Jyothi Ramalingam.
He calls up Prakash to the place and leaves her in his custody who takes her back to home.
When Topiaz talks like severing his ties with Rani, Rani touches his hand and tells him that their relationship is more than money.
Mahalaxmi wins over her first huge contract from Weston with the active help from Balasubramaniam who helps in investing 50 crores.
Balasubraminiam decides to go to a temple alone meets with an accident and is hospitalised, Topiaz tells Rani about his triumph in committing this crime.
Inspector Kaliamurty meets Topiaz and Rani, he tells them that he will not enquire the lorry driver much but for this he needs a house registered in his name. Topiaz accepts to gift him a house to suppress the crime.
Balasubramaniam puts all his efforts to tell something to Mahalaxmi but succumbs to injuries. Vikram comes back to India and is pestered by debtors and so he calls back 50 crores given to Yamuna Associates. Maharani asks for time but he refuses. Back at home he hears from his mother how much they are indebted to Devaraj's family and the marriage events, death of Devaraj etc.
Vikram decides to give time to Mahalaxmi by calling her. Meanwhile Prakash through Malinga settles 20 crores with Vikram which money Vikram utilises for paying his debts. Thus Mahalaxmi hurdles are overcome.
Mahalaxmi bids successfully and gets contract with a high profile company. Topiaz in order to compensate it comes with a new plan and stakes claim the ownership of Yamuna Associates.
Prakash in order to get back the documents from Topiaz tells to him that it was Rani who was the cause for the loss of his hand.
Prakash lures Rani for a party but gets himself killed. The police start investigating the case and take Mahalaxmi for enquiry and put her in cell.
Inspector Kaliamurthy gets into arguments with Mahalaxmi and slaps her.
AC tells Balaji that the release of Mahalaxmi depends on Sandhya. Balaji meets Anand and tells him somehow to find Sandhya and bring her.
In order to get Mahalaxmi released from the police custody Prakash takes the blame himself and tells the police that he has murdered Topiaz.
