The police come to the hospital in search of Padma and Mohan. Thamizh hides Padma in an adjacent room. After the police leaves he asks her to come to his house.

Lavanya asks her husband that whether the micro-oven could be given to her mother. He says yes. Later the servant comes and takes the micro-oven, Lavanya pounces on her. Then her mother-in-law comes and scolds her for having interfered. The servant lady then takes the micro-oven to her house.

Lavanya in an angry mood rushes to her mother's house and gets bad advices.

Thamizh takes Padma to his house to hide her there. His mother comes there and gets into fight with Padma and asks Thamizh to chase her out of the house. Thamizh asks his mother to first go out of the house. As she leaves he locks the door keeping Padma inside and goes out.

Mohan in order release his father from police custody goes to Vishwas house and he asks him to smuggle drugs to Chennai as a compromise. As he travels in the bus with the drugs he is tempted in an uncontrollable manner to intake the drug. When the bus stops for refreshments he takes a packet of the drug goes to the toilet, intakes it and falls fainted. Viswa's informer and the person who followed informs this to Viswa and he tells him to leave him and deliver the drug to the party.

The police torture to Tulasi's father ends by the intervention of Laxman, the doctor who is none other than the person living with Tulasi's mother. The police inspector gets to know about Viswa, his drug activities through Tulasi's father, releases him, and asks him to see his daughter who is in hospital.

Dharma visits to Sundari's house and tells her that she withdraw the case against Bhuvana. Thamizh who comes to meet Dharma finds him inside the house of Sundari and also finds Sundari there. Sundari takes Thamizh separately and gets to know who Dharma is. She comes back and makes out a deal with him and tells him that she will not withdraw the case but will pay him 20% commission to his trust if he supports her.

The rowdy-sheeter who is arranged to throw acid on Thulasi accidently throws it on Pavithra who happens to come there to meet Tulasi. pavithra is hospitalised with burn injuries on her shoulder.

Thamizh doubts the working and dealings of Dharma and questions him. Dharma cunningly tells him that he needs lots of money to give it to so many needy persons. Venkatesh who had given loan to Thamizh comes there and finding Thamizh demands money from him. Dharma gives him Rs.18,000/- and tells him henceforth not to disturb Thamizh for money.

Tulasi telephones from hospital and calls up her family members to hospital. Padma who comes there tries to chase away Tulasi from there abusing her. Pavithra tells her mother to go away and that these things had happened because of her sins committed.

Padma returns home and receives a call from Vishwa's wife. She questions her if her brother is behind this acid attack. Tulasi's father who comes following her overhears this and asks her who is behind the attack. She narrates all that had happened and that Vishwa's wife and brother had come to meet her and had taken her photo. Tulasi's father Muthu Manikkam asks his son to call Vishwa. He talks in high tone with him and the result is he sends police to his house and they find drugs hidden in his house. The police arrest Muthu Manikkam and take him in a jeep. Mohan's friend who is watching all these passes the information to Viswa. He tells that as said by him, he hid the drugs in Mohan's house the police have arrested Manikkam and Mohan had gone to hospital and thus has escaped.

Thamizh tries to give complaint to police but is shunt out. Tulasi suggests taking help from Shyamala but Thamizh tells her that he will consult Dharma.

Muthu Manickkam is slapped at Narcotic Intelligence Bureau and is questioned about his network connections. When the chief officer leaves one of his collegue threatens him not to reveal the name of Viswa. The police comes to know that Mohan and his mother are in the hospital and they go to arrest them.

Dharma decides to take sides with Sundari and make money and he tells his decision to Thamizh who comes there. Thamizh tells him that he has decided to work for him.

Thamizh who has no proper work joins Dharma a fake socialist worker to work along with him.

Dharma sees a huge money coming his way by doing a mediation between Bhuvana and Sundari. He feels that Sundari is profitable and takes her sides. Bhuvana's husband gives a complaint against Dharma to police. Now Dharma and his associates along with Thamizh are in a hide-out.

Tulasi in the absense of Thamizh goes to her father's house but is chased out by her step-mother. Tulasi with her grandmother comes back to her house.

Tulasi now confronts many money-lenders who come asking for repayment and one of them leaves his goondas in her house.

Sundari too visits the house and comes to know that Tulasi is the daughter of her enemy Bhuvana and smiles to herself.

Bhunvana comes to Sundari's house and informs her that Dharma, Thamizh and other are absconding due to her complaint to police.

Thamizh comes to know of the borrowers swarming to his house and arranges money from Sundari to pay back them. While returning with the money in his bag he hits another bike rider and starts arguments with him. Unfortunately the guy had a relative as a constable in a police station. That constable happened to passby through a police zeep that side. The zeep stops seeing the quarrel and they enquire. Thamizh is taken to the police station. At the police station Thamizh says that he has to bring the money from house to pay the guy to repair his bike.

The inspector at the police station asks him to write his name and address and bring the money from his home. The inspector sees the name as Thamizh and cross-checks with the complaint that he received from Laxman and starts interrogating him about the whereabouts of Dharma. Thamizh reveals the hide-out and police raid the hide-out.

Dharma comes to know this raid and kidnaps Bhuvana's son and orders her to withdraw the complaint lest he would kill her son. Bhuvana hurriedly asks her driver to drive the car to police station to withdraw the complaint.

The complaint is withdrawn and Bhuvana's son is released. Back at house he comes to know that his mother is the second wife of his father.

Thamizh financers torture Tulasi for the money and as they are about to kidnap Tulasi when Thamizh brother Poovi comes there with money and repays the debtors.

Thamizh finally comes to house and Poovi scolds him and offers him job at his newly opened shop to solve his problems.

Thamizh though refuses the offer finally relents and accepts the job offer on the requests of Tulasi.

Thamizh friend who had arranged finance for heavy rate of interest had done it with a purpose under the instructions of Charu. Their plan was to separate Thamizh and Thulasi.
