ACP Ragini asks one of the constable to keep trail of the movements of the shoe-polisher. He informs her that the shoe-polisher has sent some message through a slip of paper keeping right inside the shoe which he had polished.
ACP tells him to follow that fellow. The constable runs behind him when he sees him catching an Auto. The constable too catches a auto and follows him. Sitting inside the auto he informs the ACP that he is going following the man on Tirutanni Road.
ACP then calls her team and gets ready to follow the constable. On the way Saroja informer passes on the message that he received to another man who is standing beside his bike by the side of the road. The bike man then starts to move and the constable asks his automan to follow the bike now.
The fellow on the bike takes a left turn and moves on a muddy road and then to a secluded bungalow.
The constable leaves his auto that he came by and goes in search of the bike man and finds him entering a secluded bungalow. He immediately informs the exact location to ACP Ragini who receives the message.
The constable being not alert gets himself watched and caught. He is brought before Saroja. Saroja asks her man to remove gun from him and with his own gun she shoots him thrice. The policeman falls to the ground.
By this time ACP Ragini comes there with the police battalion and takes positions.
Karpagam drops Deiva Sagayam in his house and finds that ACP Ragini is his daughter-in-law. ACP too comes back from her duty and informs her that Manohar has been left on bail and she can go to the Jail and release him fulfilling all the formalities. ACP also tells her that they are nearing the hide-out of Saroja. ACP then tells her that she has one more good new which she will tell later.
Maha comes to padma's house and tells her that Padma Marbles is going to become a public Limited company. Maha then questions her why she returned some of the goods telling that it is of low quality. Because of that she may not even be able to pay this months salary.
Padma tells her that she can't buy low quality goods and asks her to mind her business.

The Mustache constable comes back and tells the ACP that Saroja had taken him to her hide-out blind-folded and hence he could not know the route for her place. He further tells her that she is hiding in a old-building surrounded by rowdies. He hands over the cash that he received from Saroja. The ACP gives the money to Inspector Sudhakar and asks him to note down the numbers.
Bhanu who gets bonus from Padma Marbles decides to donate the amount to the Orphanage and tells this to Karpagam. Karpagam appreciates her and tells her that she too will accompany her. Karpagam and Bhanu go to the Orphanage and hand over him 25,000/- as donation.
As they are there a lady comes running and tells them that Deiva Sagayam has fainted. They go to see him and after sprinkling water he gets up. Father introduces Karpagam and Bhanu to him. Further father tells him to go to the house leaving his two-wheeler back. Karpagam tells to the father that she will take Deiva Sagayam in her car and will drop him.
The Mustache constable goes and meets Saroja and Saroja asks him the whereabouts of Gangamma. They ask him what type of enquiry is being made. The constable tells Saroja that he does not know the place where the ACP has hidden Gangamma.
Saroja gives some money and sends him off.

Karpagam stops shekar accusing Padma she tells that Padam is a very good lady. The child is Padma's and hence when she slapped me she did a right thing. Shekar asks her then why she became very tension when he told that Padma beat the child Shiva. Finally he tells her Padma is never going to understand her and leaves.
Saroja is in high tension and tells her associates that she has to change this place. Maybe Gangamma will tell the ACP route to this hide-out. Rathnam interferes and tells her that Gangamma was brought here with her eyes blindfolded hence she will not be able to reveal the route of this place. Saroja tells him that she want to know where Gangamma is hidden and what she has told the ACP Ragini. Rathinam tells her to telephone to the PC. Saroja reminds him that they have decided not to have any contacts through phone. Then they decide to bring in the PC to there hide-out. Two people set out to bring in the PC.
Inspector Sudhakar gives a cover to the Mustache police constable and asks him to hand over the cover to the commissioner. He tells him that there is an important matter inside the cover. The PC takes his bicycle and as he goes he is followed by another PC in his motorcycle. The mustache PC is stopped by Saroja's men and asks him to accompany them since Saroja wants to see him. The constable who followed him secretly hides behind a car and listens what they are talking.
The mustache PC tells them that he cannot accompany them and that he has an important work to do. He has to handover a cover to the commissioner. He tells them if they want to they should wait for him and after giving the cover he will return and accompany them. Saroja men then allow him to go.
Another PC who was watching this informs ACP that Saroja's men had way laid the contable and had asked him to accompany them, but he has told them that he would accompany them on his return from commissioner's office. ACP tells him to follow him if he goes with them and find out their hide-out. ACP calls up Inspector Sudhakar and asks him to come to her office.
Right at that the Mustache PC comes to the office of ACP and tells her that Saroja men had waylaid him and are asking him to accompany them. If the gang men are caught they would tell her hide-outs.
ACP appreciates him for his duty consciousness. Inspector Sudhakar comes to the ACP's office and finding the PC there asks him what he is doing there instead of going to commissioner's office. ACP tells him that he has reformed and has come to tell that Saroja's men are asking him to accompany him.
ACP then tells the PC that he had been watched and followed and his phone had been tapped and now he has come out truthful. ACP tells them if the gang men are arrested Saroja will get alerted so a way as to be planned to catch her.
Karpagam's child comes running towards her calling her 'Amma,' Karpagam lifts the child and pours love on it kissing it. ACP Ragini who had also come to the Mall watches the child running towards Karpagam calling her 'Amma' and Karpagam lifting and pouring the love on the child.
ACP comes near her and asks her if the child is her's. Karpagam tells her that it is Manohar's child. She further tells her that the child could have come with Padma and she might be searching for the child. ACP takes leave and Karpagam goes in search of Padma to handover the child.
Padma after talking with her friend goes in search of the child running all over the Mall. She finds the child in the hands of Karpagam and snatches it from her. She slaps her and asks her if she will not leave her happily. She asks her if she had followed her to kidnap the child. Karpagam stands there weeping not saying anything when ACP who sees her slapping comes near her.
ACP tells Padma that it is the child who ran to Padma calling her "Amma" and she had come to handover it to her. Why she is mistaking and behaving like this. Padma then scolds the child and they both leave the place. ACP thinks that there is something between the three of them.
Padma enters her house with anger and starts beating her child asking him why he went to Karpagam. Shekar and his parents who see this are unable to do anything and do not know the reason why she is behaving like this. Maha comes there and lifts the child protecting it from being beaten. Maha asks her why she is angry with the child when Padma tells her that Karpagam had come to the Mall and had tried to kidnap the child. She tells that henceforth a security has to be put to watch the child. Maha acknowledges it. Shekar scolds Maha and tells them that Karpagam would never do such a thing like kidnapping. He tells her that he will enquire this with Karpagam and goes to meet her.
At Karpagam's house Shekar tells Karpagam that Padma was beating the child. Karpagam feels sad and tells that because of being born to her the child has to suffer like this.
ACP keeps the gun on Gangamma's forehead and asks her where saroja is hiding. ACP further tells her that there is no record of her arrest and if she kills her no one will know about it. Gangamma catches hold of ACP's leg and tells her that she had been taken to the place of her hiding by tying her eyes blind and so she does not know the place of her hiding. ACP tells her that she will be kept for 3 more days for questioning.
The constable who works against his own colleagues calls up Saroja and informs her the arrest of Gangamma. Saroja gets more fright. Her associates too get fright and one of them tells her that they cannot hide in this way leaving their many pending works back at home.
ACP meets Manohar and enquires him how he got the telephone number and the contact of Saroja. ACP tells him that she knows he is innocent and has not kidnapped any child. If he does not tell about Saroja where he had met then he would be committing a crime which is worst than kidnapping. Saroja has killed Panjali and had poisoned Manga and she will do more criminal activities, she should be caught.
Manohar accepts to tell the truth and tells that in her own department there are black sheeps. He tells one day he was in frustration not knowing how to save Manga when he overheard a constable speaking with Saroja through his mobile.
Dakshina and Manga tell to ACP that Manohar had taken the blame of kidnapping the child in order release Manga from the clutches of Saroja.
After enquiries Dakshina and Manga leave the ACP's office. ACP tells to Inspector Sudhakar that she needs to see this Manohar who is in the jail to arrive at something in this case.
Gangamma comes to the police station to sign the register, one of the constable asks her to sit and wait since the inspector wants to see her. Gangamma waits sitting in the bench when the constable goes out to inform to the Inspector about her visit and that he had asked her to sit. One of the black sheep among the police gets doubts and secretly tells Gangamma to escape. Gangamma gets alerted and she sneaks out and takes the auto when other constables are not watching her. As her auto moves out in comes ACP's police van, it comes in the way of auto and it has to stop. Inspector Sudhakar and ACP get down from their Zeep. Another constable now comes running outside telling that she had gone out inspite of asking her to sit.
Gangamma tells them she had come outside to take fresh air, ACP tells her to come inside and takes her to enquiry cell. ACP puts her first question, "Where is Saroja?" Ganagamma asks back, "Saroja, who is she?" ACP slaps her. Then on further enquiry she tells that she knows her but they are enemies now. ACP asks her then why she helped her by pushing Panjali into the fire and sending her to hospital. She tells that she only poured water on her to save her. ACP tells her she did it to increase the wound on her. Gangamma tells her that she does not have guts to catch the real culprits and is asking questions to her. ACP thrashes her and keeps the gun on her forehead.

The ACP inquires Gowramma about the incident and who was standing near when Panjali fell into the fire. Gowramma speaks out that Gangamma was there, on further enquiries she tells that Gangamma had told them that Saroja will do something to bring them out.
ACP orders Inspector Sudhakar to catch hold of Gangamma when she comes to sign the register at the police station. Inspector calls up through his mobile but he does not get signal. The ACP then tells him to call up from the landline. When the inspector is about to telephone, Gangamma comes to the police station in an auto to sign the register. She asks the auto to wait for her and goes inside the station to sign the register.
Gangamma signs the register and goes out, the constable who was helping her to sign the register receives the telephone call and getting the information he runs out to bring back Gangamma and put her behind lock-up but by then she goes off in the waiting auto. The constable asks if he should follow her, the inspector in turn asks the ACP. The ACP tells him that she should never know or the people around about that she is wanted so she asks them to wait till next day when she comes for signing the register.
Bhanu's uncle comes in a car with his goonda associates and asks Bhanu to accompany him. Karpagam resists him, he tells that he had borrowed five lakhs of rupees for marrying off Bhanu and that person now is demanding the money back or Bhanu. He tells that if he could get the money then he will leave Bhanu. Karpagam agrees to give five lakhs of rupees by one month. He demands that he should get it by Friday. So Karpagam agrees to pay him in five days i.e., by Friday.
Dakshina and Manga have been called by ACP for enquiry, they arrive and enter the ACP room. Manga tells to the ACP that she is ready to give her life for the sake of Karpagam who is striving to make Manohar and Padma live as husband and wife happily. ACP asks them why Karpagam's husband is not seen in the picture.
Saroja and the gang men are playing cards happily and merrily when Saroja's informer the constable telephones Saroja and tells her that Panjali's case has once again hotted up. ACP Rejina Victor has been newly appointed in this case. The new ACP is a very talented lady and she had solved many cases. Saroja asks him what name she has kept Victor or something will she come in the bike to catch her. The constable tells her that not a bike but she could come in the rocket to catch her. Saroja gets angry on the constable and switches off the phone. Saroja right hand man tells her the matter is getting serious. Saroja tells him that her name is getting popular in the crime world.
ACP and the inspector visit the jail. ACP asks the Jailor whether being afraid of getting blamed for negligence she had not enquired properly in the case. The ACP tells her that Panjali's falling in fire was not an accident but an incident which has to be probed into. ACP asks her to show the spot where Panjali fell into fire.
Inspector Sudhakar and the ACP visit the spot where Panjali fell into fire. She draws conclusion that in this flat boundary she can never would have fallen accidently and ask who were present when she fell into the fire.
The Jailor tells the ACP that Goveramma was with Panjali during the incident. ACP meets Govramma at her cell and asks whether she had pushed Panjali into the fire. Goveramma tells her that she was brooming and filling the leaves in baskets and Panjali was putting those in fire when suddenly she saw her shouting and rolling in fire. Now she herself is afraid of her life. The ACP then asks her who was standing near the fire. Gowramma tells her that Gangamma was standing near the fire. ACP asks the details of her detention. The Jailor tells her that she was brought to the jail on August 30th and got bail on 6th September. When she is in the jail she used to control other convicts. ACP tells to herself that the incident took place on 5th September and she had got bail on 6th September, she asks the Inspector if he feels something odd about it. Inspector tells that she is still on police roll and she comes to sign to the police station.

Padma's parents visit Jail to see Manohar they praise him and his sacrifices and brood their daughter's dead mind. Shekar goes to M/s Padma Marbles and gives sweets to Karpagam and Krishnasamy in lieu of Manohar's birthday.
ACP makes a visit to the police station Inspector Sudhakar greets her and tells her that Panjali's report has been received. He tells that as per report Panjali has been injected with poison. Inspector asks if they start the investigation from there. ACP tells him it is a known fact that Saroja's henchman had killed Panjali and there is no need to investigate further in that matter. The investigation should precede it, that is who is reponsible for Panjali to fall into the fire and get hospitalised. Inspector tells her that the report says that she accidentally fell into the fire. ACP tells that the report has been done without any enquiries. So they proceed to the Jail to investigate on this.
As ACP is about to go out she sees the mustache of a constable and feels his looks are not good. She tells him it is not necessary to keep such a big mustache, his look also should be brave, asks to take care of himself. He is none other than the constable who is the informer of Saroja.
Maha gives 5 lakhs to Gangamma and asks her what for this money is given to her. Gangamma tells her that she need not know it. She leaves the place without knowing the reason.
ACP Regina visits Karpagam's house and makes inquiries about her for which she gets vague answers. ACP asks Bhanu who is there how really Saroja escaped after knifing her when the police team raided her. Bhanu tells ACP that Saroja got a phone call and hence she acted. Karpagam tells ACP the in her department itself someone is there who is passing on the information. ACP tells her that she would return for enquiry.
Her first job seems to catch hold of the black sheep in her department itself before proceeding with further investigation.
Episode-959 15th September 2011
ACP Ragini waits for her bait in the zeep when the owner of the house comes disguised in mustache. He walks through with his cycle and reaches his son's hiding place. ACP Ragini who follows in a zeep finds him going inside woods and so she walks alone telling other to wait for the signal of her gun shots.
The owner of the house enters his son's hiding place where two goonda elements are kept for his security. He finds his son with another lady and gets upset but goes and ties the thread given by the ACP. He tells his son that today's night his shifting of the place is arranged and gives him some money.
ACP enters the hiding place clapping her hands. The two gang men pounce on her but she overcomes them wielding gun in her hand. She finally asks the culprit criminal to go and sit in the Zeep.
ACP Ragini comes to the commissioner's office and finds Inspector Sudhakar coming out. Inspector Sudhakar tells her that he has been kept under suspension. ACP tells him that for all wrongs happening without their knowledge the end will come in the name of suspension. She asks him to wait and goes inside to meet the commissioner. The commissioner tells her that child kidnapper Saroja is giving a great challenge to the police department and she has to be nabbed by her.
Padma starts thinking about the murder of Panjali. Maha enters her cabin room and sees Padma seriously thinking, she asks her what is she thinking so seriously. Padma tells her that when panjali is about to tell something to the Magistrate she has been killed by Saroja. Then she should have told lie in the court against her husband. Maha now starts thinking, if Padma starts thinking then it will be dangerous for Anjali, so she tells that Panjali would have called Magistrate to give statement on some other matter about Saroja to the Magistrate and not on Kidnapping matter. Maha tells her not to get confused which will be helpful for her enemies.
Maha comes and sits in her seat when Gangamma comes there searching for her. Maha takes her to a separate cabin room. Gangamma asks her money. Padma tells her to wait for sometime since she is finding it difficulty to get the money from Padma. Gangamma tells her that it is not her botheration and if the money is not forthcoming by night she will see that Anjali stays permanently in jail.
Maha sees things going out of hand and tells her that she will arrange money for her. Padma who comes out of her cabin sees Maha talking with Gangamma and asks her who she is. Maha tells her that she had come asking for sweeping job. Padma tells her in future not to take people inside cabin to talk.
Sigamani who is driving in his two-wheeler finds mechanical problem in his vehicle and it stops completely. He sees the tank but the petrol is full. A car comes near him and out comes Maha from the car. She teases him seeing his two-wheeler and tells him that Padma marbles would go to dust early enough. Sigamani tells her that very soon they are going to start work on the newly bought quarry and then Padma marbles will buy off Anjali marbles itself. Maha gets angry, she tells that she wants to go to bank and leaves the place.
At the temple old lady meets the Siddar who tells her that fate has taken away the life of Panjali but in the future she will know the reason and benefit that is derived from it. Padma's prayer will not fail and her end goal of uniting Manohar and Padma will be achieved.
(Tommorrow: The police may watch Maha withdrawing huge money and could trace out where the money is going and may arrest Gangamma and question her what for she has received 5 lakhs from Maha).
Shekar returns to his house and tells to his parents that before giving her statement Panjali was killed by Saroja's henchmen. He tells now Karpagam and Manga are more anger and have started to fight out. He too will fight and see that Saroja is caught and thereby it is get Known that Anjali is behind all this. He tells that he is ready to give his life for the cause.
As the inspector returns to his station, Saroja sends him a parcel. Inspector opens the parcel and finds a saree in it and immediately gets fired up with anger. Saroja call him up and challenges him. He tells his policemen to trace the call. Saroja asks the inspector whether he is trying to trace where from she his calling and tells him the place where she is standing. Then she cuts the call and tells her associate to remove the Sim.
Krishnamurthy meet Manohar at the Jail and informs him the murder of Panjali.

Rathinam laughs and tells Saroja why she need to die when Pajali died 30 minutes before. Saroja gets extremely happy and so are her gangmen. She telephones to Karpagam but the call is attended by Dakshina her brother. They both exchange hot words. Dakshina at last tells her to see her path and he with others would see his path. Manga snatches the mobile from Dakshina and scolds her and tells her that the spirit of Panjali will not leave her. She died getting reformed. Manga tells her that now she will be caught along with her gang. Manga then cuts the call.
Manga tells Karpagam that they will fight and the truth will win in the end.
She tells that she is ready to give her life.
Karpagam who had almost given up the fight tells that she has got boost by her words and she will fight and catch all the rouges.
Shekar goes to his house and tells his waiting parents that Panjali did not give her statements to the magistrate since she is dead.

Dakshina goes home to bring the lemon that Siddar had given to them. He cautions Karpagam and Manga to be alert and be at the side of Panjali. As Dakshina goes out the lady doctor comes to check-up Panjali, she finds Karpagam and Manga inside the room and chases them out telling that Magistrate is on his way.
Not knowing the danger lurking they come outside the ward room and stand in front of the door. A little later the police asks Karpagam and Manga to go and wait in the hall since the Magistrate is coming.
And as Karpagam and Manga go away Rathinam sees his opportunity and enters the room. Panjali recognises him to be Rathinam. She could not shout much and he gives the poisonous injection to her. He escapes in that ward boy disguise.
As Rathinam goes out the Magistrate gets down from his car and enters the ward room. The doctor calls Panjali and sees her not reacting, she checks her and finds dead.
A nurse comes running and tells that a warden is tied up and is lying on the ground. They rush and see him. He tells them that a man with black glasses gave him chloroform and made him unconscious. The magistrate abuses the inspector and shoots out.
Rathinam enters the Saroja's den with his head down. Saroja pesters him to tell what happened but he keeps his head down. So Saroja gets convinced that he had failed in his efforts to kill Panjali and Panjali had given the statement against her. She tells her associates to escape and asks shouts that she had to die before police catches her, she asks Rathinam to kill her with the injection that he has. After a long suspenseful moments Rathinam starts laughing triumphantly.
Manga asks the Siddar to give something like a viboothi or Kumkum. Siddar takes out a lemon prays to God and gives it to Manga with instructions to give it to Panjali and ask her to keep near or under the pillow. If that is done then Panjali would never have any fear and will be bold.
Manga and Dakshina come to Karpagam's house, Karpagam is getting ready to go to hospital hence Manga gives the lemon to Karpagam and tells her that this lemon has been given by the Siddar. Manga tells her what Siddar had told her. Karpagam receives the lemon and Viboothi, she keeps that upon a table. Then they talk about the daily incidents that are happening. Karpagam then tells them that she is going to hospital, Manga and Dakshina too decide to go along with her. All the three go the hospital.
At the hospital Rathinam the henchmen of Saroja is waiting for an opportunity to strike, he finds a wardman who happens to have closed his mouth with green hospital cloth and wearing hospital white dress. He brings that person down to unconsciousness and takes his form. As he comes out he sees Karpagam, Manga and Dakshina going to the ICU room of Panjali.
Inside the ICU room Manga gets into conversation with Panjali and tells her that she had been to temple and has brought a lemon given by Siddar which will give her strength and braveness. She asks Karpagam to give it. Karpagam opens her handbag and searches for it and then remembers leaving that at the house itself. Karpagam broods over it and Dakshina tells them that he will bring it. He tells Karpagam and Manga that he feels something uneasy and tells them to stay with Panjali until he returns. Rathinam sees Dakshina going out.
which when given to Panjali and if that is kept under the pillow Panjali would not get any trouble.

The inspector tightens the security for Panjali and tells her that he is bringing in the Magistrate to take statements from her.
Saroja's hencemen comes there in an auto disguised. He brings some fruits and enters the hospital. He sees the inspector questioning everyone whoever passes by as he seems to come towards him to escape from him he enters on of the ward room. He finds some old lady there and enquires their health. They ask him who he is. He tells some name and then tells them searching his friend's mother he has arrived in this room lastly. He tells them to take the fruit since he could not find his friend's mother. Thus he makes friendship with them which room is adjacent to Panjali's room. He waits for an opportunity from her to strike on Panjali.
Manga and Dakshina go to a temple and pray the God. They book for Anna Dhanam and meet the Siddhar. They ask him some question and blessings.
Episode-951 5th September 2011
Karpagam's positive talks get a telling effect on Panjali. Karpagam tells that because of her lies Manohar has gone to jail and his wife had divorced him. She is now alive because the divine fire which engulfed her is giving her a chance to tell the truth. If she does not speak the truth now that itself will take her life. Her truth now will help the good people and the bad people will go to jail.
Panjali realises her mistakes and accords her willingness to tell the truth. The inspector now gets into action he tells that recording a statement now by himself would be of no use. Saroja might argue that Panjali was tortured forced to tell a lie or the voice itself is not Panjali's. Hence the inpector decides to bring the magistrate to the hospital and get the statement from Panjali.
Karpagam goes to her office and tells this to Shekar and Krishnasamy, Shekar after hearing this tells to Karpagam that he will tell this news to Padma.
The mustache constable passes on this information to Saroja. Saroja jumps with anger, she tells his associate that within 12 hours time Panjali has to be murdered.
Karpagam and Krishaswamy meet Manohar in the jail and they tell him that the day for his release is very near.
The mustache police nears Panjali in the ICU unit to kill Panjali, he takes his baton near her neck when hears someone coming and gets back. A nurse enters the room and tells him he should not come inside and if anything is needed he should call them.
The blacksheep waits for another opportunity when the regular police who stood for security returns back and informs that the inspector is on his way back. He thinks that his plan now cannot work and goes back and informs about his failure to Saroja.
At Padma marbles all the staffs surround the old lady who is weeping and describing how she was pushed over and Bhanu was kidnapped. Karpagam returns back with Bhanu to the happiness of the staff and they decide to give her a work in the marble office itself.
Karpagam goes to the hospital and tells the inspector that kidnapping Bhanu by her uncle could be the handi-work of Saroja in order to divert the attention from Panjali. The inspector does not catch the point and does not doubt about his security arrangements.
The doctor informs the inspector that Panjali is fully alright to give her statement. Karpagam and the Inspector go to question Panjali. The inspector asks her to recall whether she was pushed by someone or she fell herself. Panjali tells that she can't remember anything. Inspector tries to convince her that the people whom she tried to help have now gone against her and so she should now tell the truth without any fear. Karpagam asks her what wrong she had done to her for her to not tell the truth.

Saroja again telephones Bhanu's uncle and tells him to shift Bhanu from the present place since anytime Karpagam will come there with police.
He tries to shift when Bhanu locks herself inside the room and does not come out. Bhanu's uncle breaks open the door and drags her out.
The inspector along with Karpagam arrives there at the right time when he was taking Bhanu to shift her to some other place.
Saroja informs the corrupt cop to go to hospital and kill Panjali. The cop proceeds to the hospital and he finds his colleague there. He complains that the inspector had asked him not to move an inch from that place till he comes. He is not even able to have a coffee.

Saroja phones to Bhanu's uncle and tells him that Bhanu is hiding in Karpagam house, she gives him the location of the place.
Bhanu's uncle comes there along with his goonda elements and kidnaps Bhanu. Only the old lady is in the house when they kidnap Bhanu, the old lady shouts and then going to office informs Karpagam.
Karpagam comes to hospital to enquire the condition of Panjali. A nurse tells the doctor that Panjali has come to consciousness. Karpagam, doctor and the inspector rush inside but after initial movements Panjali again falls unconscious.
Maha meets Anjali at the Jail. Maha tells her that the Quarry contract was given away by Padma at the last moment to Karpagam. Anjali asks Maha to arrange for Rs.5/- lakhs and give it to Gangamma.
Saroja is in confusion as to how to chase away the policemen who are standing in guard for Panjali. An associate of her buys drinks wrapped in a newspaper. Saroja happens to see in that newspaper an old missing advertisement of Bhanu. She hatches a plan to attack Bhanu who is in Karpagam's house and divert the police from the hospital.

Padma and Maha come to the auction place and finds no one there. The staff there tells them that since Manohar is in the jail and his company has decided to take the Quarry lease to give him respect no one has come and have decided to give the lease to him.
Karpagam too comes there seeing Padma she tries to go back but Krishnasamy tells her to take part in the auction. The auction is called and Padma bids upto 1 crore which is not worth it. Karpagam stands up and tells Padma that the property is not worth that amount, she does not want to put her into further loss saying so she tries to leave. Padma gets up and tells Karpagam to keep the Quarry herself and leaves the place.
At the hospital Panjali gets slight consciousness, karpagam and Inspector go inside the room and await her to speak.

Karpagam comes to hospital enquires about Panjali. Inspector tells that when he was about to take Panjali for Narco test somebody should have pushed her into the fire. Karpagam tells to find out the blacksheep first before making further plans.
Saroja calls up the mustache constable and tells him to sneak and kill Panjali. The constable tells her that he is now in charge of the station and he can't leave the station. He tells that there is full security in the hospital taking care of Panjali. Saroja tells him that she will somehow remove the policeman guarding the hospital. She tells him to be ready to go there and at least warn her that her throat will be cut if she reveals the truth.
Karpagam is informed that Padma too is getting ready for the auction of mining hill. Karpagam tells then she will not participate in the auction. Krishnaswamy explains her that the auction itself she is doing for the sake of Padma being in her place. And that Padma is doing the auction for the sake of Anjali. Moreover being an MD she only is eligible to participate in the auction.
Karpagam finally agrees to go to auction.
Maha brings in a big suitcase and open in the house it is filled with Rs.500/- notes. Padma asks Manga whether this 80 lakhs is sufficient. Manga says auction will not go beyond 80 lakhs.
Saroja henchman disguised as a dhobi goes to the hospital and gets to know that Panjali is in ICU. Panjali is well cordoned off with full security. As he is about to leave the Inspector calls him and he is almost caught. The hospital warden boy thinking him the hospital Dhobi enquires if the regular dhobi is not there. The inspector sixth sense does not open even now. He thinks he is a dhobi and lets him go.
The henchment comes to Saroja's hiding place and gives all the informations. He tells the police has put up a tight security and it will be impossible to kill Panjali. He also tells her that now when she gets to consciousness she could get anger on her and could become an approver in the case. Hence the police had cordoned off her and no one could reach her. Saroja asks him back, Can't a policeman kill her?

Gangamma, Panjali and other convicts are doing cleaning work inside the jail. Panjali takes some dry leaves and puts it in the fire. Gangamma is waiting for an right opportunity to strike Panjali and send her to hospital, she is closely watching Panjali while cutting leaves in plants.
The inspector comes along with his constables to the Jail and submits a Court order to the Jail supervisor. The Inspector tells her that he has brought the court order to take Panjali for conducting Narco analysis test on her. The Jail supervisor asks one of the lady constable to bring in Panjali. The lady constable is on her way.
As Panjali is putting the dry leaves into the fire. Gangamma finds this an right opportunity to strike, she slowly moves and catch holds of Panjali's neck from behind and pushes her into the fire.
Panjali is admitted to hospital in a serious condition with burns on her face. The doctor tells the condition of her could only be told after 24 hours. Inspector gets a doubt on the time of these incidents happening.
Gangamma meets Anjali and demands 5 lakhs and tells her that she had arranged for her bail and as she goes out the money should be given to her.
Saroja receives the news of Panjali's hospitalisation and sends one of her men to investigate and find out the position in hospital to plan her murder.
Karpagam and Krishnasamy reach hospital and enquire about Panjali.

Karpagam gets information from one of their clients that a new Quarry is being put up for auction and this time the auction is being done under the supervision of High Court. Hence there will be no corruption and rowdyism this time.
Karpagam decides not to lose this opportunity. Krishnasamy asks her what she will do for money. Karpagam tells him that she will approach Bank and will postpone 20% Bonus that is to be given to staff's. They shall be given bonus at a later date on Pongal day doubling the bonus to 40%.
It is decided to talk this to with the staff and take their concurrence. The staff overwhelmingly support Karpagam and agree to receive bonus on pongal.
Singamani while going to bank meets Anjali's assistant and tells her about they taking the Quarry unknowingly. She tells this to Padma.
Now Padma too decides to join the auction which would cross one crore. For this she decides to mortgage one of her property.

Gangamma through the help of women constable meets Anjali and tells her that the police are going to conduct Narco analysis test on Panjali in which case she will vomit out all the truth. Gangamma tells that Saroja had sent her to finish of Panjali. Anjali becomes happy hearing it. Gangamma tells that she will be injuring Panjali inside jail and as she gets admitted to hospital Saroja's henchmen would finish off Panjali. Gangamma then tells her for this assignment Saroja had already fixed an amount and that she wants to confirm Anjali would give it. Anjali exhibits shock and tells her that she is not going to give any money being already in jail. Gangamma then tells that she has done a mistake in taking the assignment and tries going off. Anjali calls her back and asks her to mention the amount that she wants. Gangamma tells that she needs 5 lakhs and tells her that she will tell the way that it has to be given to her. Anjali again exhibits shock but having no other go accepts to give.
Gangamma then meets Panjali and tells her that the police are going to conduct Narco test on her by which she will come out with the whole truth. Saroja has thus sent her to jail so that she somehow sends panjali out of the jail.
Bhanu is discharged from the hospital and is taken by Karpagam to her house to live there.
Saroja's gangmen bring in Gangamma and a deal is stuck for 5 lakhs of rupees to kill Panjali. Ganga tells a plan that she will injure Panjali badly in the jail and as she is admitted in the hospital any of her men has to finish her off making it as a hospital death. In this way the police will not get any doubt.
Saroja accepts the plan. Ganga gets herself arrested in a chain snatching case and is taken to the jail where Anjali also is lodged.

Padma receives the reply notice from Karpagam. In that notice it is replied that the name "Padma" is in the very heart of Manohar and it is his family God's name Padmavathi. That they will not change that name and they are ready face in a court of law if necessary.
Padma gets anger on this and goes to the office Padma marbles and scold Karpagam there. She finally asks them if they agree to change the name or whether they like to meet in the court.
Karpagam and Krishnaswamy do not reply to her questions and maintain silence, she then returns.

Saroja's informer from the police station informs her that the police is planning to give Narco test to Panjali and then her escape will get sealed. He tells her that Karpagam and Dakshina had come to the police station and are instigating the police to take action. The police too cannot keep quiet before the next hearing and has to tell all about the case in the court.
Saroja gets frustrated and tells about the situation to her gang men. One of her close associate gang man tells her that the only way now left is to finish off Panjali. They dicide to send a recently released rowdy once again to jail to finish off Panjali. The other gang man go out to bring the person to give him the job.

On Anjali's Advice Padma sends a lawyers notice to M/s Padma Marbles questioning the continuation of 'Padma' name to the company when she had obtained divorce from Manohar.
Krishnaswamy the acting manager who receives this notice passes on the information to Karpagam. Karpagam comes to the office and advices that either they keep quiet or send a reply notice telling that Manohar has kept the name 'Padma' since it is his family God Padmavathi's name. The office staff appreciate the guidance.
Krishnasamy says that now he has become old and could not think decisively and run the company and asks Karpagam to take over the rein. He tells if Manohar hears this he would be doubly happy. Karpagam thinks over this and accepts to take over the rein of M/s Padma Marbles.
